50% deposit due before any work begins and balance due upon completion.
Hook's Taxidermy assumes no responsibility for the preparation of hides and capes in bad condition due to improper field care.
This also includes horns and antlers. Furthermore, Hook's Taxidermy is not responsible for capes or hides damaged in the tanning process. That is between the customer and the tanning company.

Proper field dressing is an important factor in how your hides will turn out.
Please keep in mind climatic conditions (hot or cold) and improper butchering can cause adverse effects.
